Jat is a graduate MBA and CF qualified professional with an in-depth knowledge of negotiating and structuring corporate finance transactions. He also has practical industry experience with a leading engineering group and as a business angel for a start-up company in the food and consumer products testing and advisory market, that was recently sold to a Swiss multinational.
